città di Eretria e Calcide fondarono Pithecusae,
la prima colonia d'Occidente, sul promontorio di Monte Vico.

dal "cuore" di fuoco, di origine vulcanica.

Il Residence Ischia Uno, ristrutturato totalmente nel 2005,
sorge in Località Panza nel comune di Forio. Appartamenti
di diverse tipologie bilocali e trilocali tutti con la stessa
esposizione - da 4-5 e 6 posti letto, WC/Doccia, angoli
cottura, ampi soggiorni, terrazzi, giardini, arredati e
corredati completamente con colori freschi e vivaci, Tvcolor,
climatizzazione, riscaldamento attraverso l'impianto geotermico.
Il Residence, aperto tutto l’anno, offre ai suoi ospiti
una piscina con acqua termale, una piscina coperta con vasca
idromassaggio, anch’essa sempre con acqua termale,
una sala massaggi, sauna e un locale attrezzato per la prima
colazione e per serate culinarie tipiche dell’isola.
The unique fame of Ischia has origins
as long as its history: in about 770 B.C. Greeks emigrated
from the cities of Eretria and Chalkis to found Pithecusae,
their first western colony, on the promontory of Mount Vico.
Later the Romans arrived,to discover the remarkable properties
of the warm springs that abound in this island of volcanic
origin.

The Ischia Uno Residence, completely restructured in 2005,
is located in the village of Panza, part of the parish of
Forio, and consists of one- or two-bedroom apartments of
various layouts, decorated in bright, cheerful colours,
all with similar views, accommodating 4-5 or 6 persons,
with ensuite shower rooms, kitchenettes, large sitting rooms,
terraces, gardens, and equipped with colour tv, air conditioning,
and geothermal central heating.
The residence,which is open all year, offers its guests
an outdoor pool, an indoor pool with jacuzzi, both filled
from its own eothermal springs, a massage room and sauna,
and a breakfast room that also offers gourmet evenings featuring
typical cuisine of the island.
